Terms of delivery

The webstore products are sold by Figulus Oy (Business ID 0597178-9). We sell our products to private persons of age and companies in Finland and in the EU.


The products are mainly ordered via the internet from the internet page http://shop.figulus.fi shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by email, in which the total cost, the delivery cost and the ordered goods are listed. To receive the order confirmation a valid email address must be provided when ordering.

The client agrees to the valid terms of delivery when ordering.

Order confirmation

We will send by email the order confirmation, from which you will see:

- the reference number
- our bank account number
- the total cost of the order


Products and prices

The product prices are displayed with the description of the product. Our products include 24% VAT. The VAT is itemized in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products and the package and delivery costs.

Methods of payment

The products and their postage are paid in conjunction with their order. The following methods of payment are available for the users of the webstore: Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and credit cards. Online payments are made by using the website of Paytrail Oy. Payments can also be made before hand by bank credit transfer.

We do not deliver products COD. Companies may also chose an invoice as their method of payment in addition to the online banks. Invoicing must be agreed beforehand.

Payments transmitted via Nets / Paytrail.

Nets is the leading payment card service company in Finland. If you wish to use the payment solutions offered by Nets, Figulus Oy acts only as the marketer of the products and services as well as delivers the products to the customer. In other words Figulus Oy is only liable for marketing and delivering the products and handling of possible reclamations. If necessary, you may also address the reclamation to Paytrail Oy.

Paytrail Oy acts as the seller of products in the payments that are made via Nets and the contact of sale is made between the customer and Paytrail Oy. The seller is liable for all obligations concerning the sale. Paytrail Oy is also the receiver of the payment.

Online banks

Paytrail Oy (2122839-7) provides the financial and payment service for online payment in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oy buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. For the customer the service functions like a conventional online payment.

Advance payment

We will send the producs as soon as the payment is in our account. We do not deliver COD. If you wish to use advance payment the payment must be made to the Figulus Oy account 800147-10115779 according to information in the order confirmation. For foreign payments the the account number is IBAN: FI04800014710115779.

We will proceed with the order as soon as the payment appears in our account. If the form of payment is advance payment into our account we will hold the order for five (5) weekdays, after which the order will be cancelled, if the payment has not been made.

Delivery costs

The postage and packing costs depend on the chosen method of delivery and they are automatically added to the final cost of the order. We deliver the goods either as a letter or a parcel. The costs of domestic letter delivery are from 4€. The mini parcels are 5,90€. The domestic parcel costs start at 6,90€. You may check the delivery costs after you have chosen the method of payment and delivery. Orders of over 50€ are free delivery in Finland.

Delivery time

We will send the ordered goos as soon as possible by post, after the payment appears in our account, usually within one to three days of receiving your order. We deliver usually in 1 to 5 days. Please note that letter post can take over 5 days. If there are any reasons why our delivery might take longer we inform of this on the home page of our webstore. If we are out of stock of any of the products you have ordered we will be in contact directly.

Returns policy

All productes can be retured within fourteen (14) days from receiving them. If the product you have ordered does not meet your expectations for any reason, and you wish to return the product, you can do so within 14 days. The retured product must be unused and unchanged and in it's original package. Before returning the product be in contact with us at katariina.ylipahkala(a)figulus.fi. The customer pays for the postage of returning the goods.

When returning the goods please provide the following information:

- your customer number, your name, address and telephone number
- your bank account number
- a copy of the Figulus Oy order confirmation

We do not accept returns after fourteen (14) days of delivery. Once the return has been processed and the goods received we will transfer the funds directly to your account.

Return of damaged goods

We wish to remind you that due to bead making methods, there maybe colour and size variations in the beads and in production batches. For this reason we suggest that you order the beads you require for the same piece which you are making at the same time.

If the delivered product is damaged, please notify us by email katariina.ylipahkala(a)figulus.fi or by mail to Figulus Oy, Elovalkeantie 8, 00700 Helsinki, Finland and return the product to us, within fourteen (14) days of recieving it.  We will replace the product or return the payment for the product, according to your wishes, with the postal costs of the return of the product. For the return of payment please let us know the account the funds are to be returned to. If the package has been damaged in the mail, please be in contact with the post office directly.


We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. The client must read the valid terms before ordering.
